What a way to bring in the 7th year on Allure but with a New Core and Server Woot Woot!!! Thanks to everyone that helped make it possible for the shard awesome job! Thanks to all of Allures players and staff for having faith sticking it out for the long haul.

Hello Allure, Im sure you have noticed or heard that there have been House drops over the last few day. This is in fact going to continue until the accounts list is within reason. So this is going to be considered the ONE AND ONLY WARNING TO PLAYERS. Over the last couple years we have been pretty lenient on extra accounts and the term "Active" has been abused. So we are going to being cracking down on extra accounts and we are also...

THE FINAL SAVE FOR ALLURE 5.06c WILL OCCUR AT 10 PM ON 1/1/2012. PLEASE CHECK THE FORUMS FOR CONNECTION INFORMATION.

The save will take a limited amount of time to get to the new server and get loaded under the new core system, As previously posted there is minimal item loss expected. There are several bugs to still work out over the next few days / weeks so we will post a shard reboot sched for ppl to have notice. There will also be a bug tracker...

To connect to the new core its pretty simple.

1st. Re-install UO if you have the uoml_setup.exe from this site you will need to change a patch file once the game has installed. we will get to that.

2nd. Once the game has re-installed you can patch up with EAGames, if you have our custom install go to C:\Program Files (x86)\EA Games\Ultima Online Mondain's Legacy\patch in there you will see some files, find the .rtp file and rename it to uosa_win32_7-0-2-1...

Nearly done with the portal page adjustments!
Still left to do:

• The top left navigation menu, change all the links!
• On each theme verify and alter the header/logo area's specifically the phpbb3 default themes and the Darkfantasy theme, will be removing the "blue" bar accross the top totally on the Darkfantasy theme and building up a logo/menu area. Maxthon can probably be left as is that is one clean/sexy theme all on it's own the way

Got the portal back in place still merging the changes into new themes once done will re-add the old blocks and things should be back to normal.. Thanks in advance and sorry for any inconveniences!

Will be updating the core phpbb3 version soon, and as well the portal software that handles the front page, and making some other changes.
Should happen sometime this week will post and let you guys know when that is going to happen the forums will be locked during the updates thru the day periodicly.
